RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Steam and Lumber frame drums are non-refundable if you simply have a change of mind. Feel free to contact the maker if you have any queries or concerns regarding the drum/s you are purchasing. My wish as the craftsperson is that you love and cherish your Steam and Lumber drums for many years to come.

In the unfortunate event of faulty workmanship please contact Steam and Lumber upon the drums arrival. The drum can be sent back to us (At customers expense) for a replacement. Steam and Lumber will pay for postage of the new drum.
